CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for late cancellation (24 hours before scheduled appt.) and No call /No shows. If GLOSSGENIUS is unable to process the card on file, client will be banned from booking and required to pay $50 to lift the ban. No exceptions.
